With the BMW 7 series as the design concept, the Fashion Cluster showcases a streamlined and avant-garde car body, translating it into the interior scene. The result is a space that exudes a sense of stability and grandeur. The design team at Oceano Interior Design has meticulously crafted every detail to bring forth a truly exceptional living experience.
The interior design area spans approximately 83 square meters and features a well-thought-out layout. The space encompasses an entrance, living room, dining room, multifunctional area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. This thoughtful arrangement ensures functionality and comfort throughout the residence.
The Fashion Cluster boasts several unique properties that set it apart from other designs. The use of iron parts, black glass, walnut veneer, carbon fiber, Italian antifouling cloth, long-hair carpet, system furniture, wooden floors, blackboard paint, napa car leather, and car iron foundation paint adds a touch of luxury and sophistication to the space.
One of the standout features of the Fashion Cluster is the curved shoe cabinet in the foyer. Not only does it fulfill the needs of traffic flow, but it also adheres to feng shui principles. The black stained veneer combined with red perforated leather in the grooves adds a sporty atmosphere to the space. The shoe cabinet extends outward into an elevated floor inlaid with special lamps, defining the space while highlighting the impression of luxury.
The TV wall, made of foam and anti-pollution cloth from Italy, provides the best echo effect. The TV cabinet underneath is designed as a beveled center console, incorporating lighting, leather, and walnut materials to infuse soul into the space. The seats, designed in the shape of car seats, fully interpret BMW's style and enhance the overall aesthetic.
The multi-functional area is designated by an iron grille inlaid with diamond mesh. The classic three colors of the M Power logo are matched with iron parts, restoring the characteristics of BMW's radiator grill. Additionally, the rear display cabinet features black glass doors embedded with the brand image of "M Power" in the openwork, allowing the overall BMW image to permeate the space.
The Fashion Cluster was completed in 2017 in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. The design team overcame various challenges to create a modern and stylish residence. The collision of heterogeneous materials and lighting establishes a sense of visual fluidity, while the large-scale wooden elements balance the cold tone of the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The Fashion Cluster, designed by Oceano Interior Design, is a testament to the fusion of art, architecture, and technology. This remarkable residential house, inspired by the BMW 7 series, offers a unique and captivating living experience. It has been recognized for its excellence and creativity, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade acknowledges the design's outstanding contribution to quality of life improvements and its incorporation of best practices in art, science, design, and technology.
